Our Story
It started simply: I wanted to share American culture with our French Au Pairs. What could be more American than apple pie? I tinkered with the crust, the apples and the spices until voilà! Apple pie – perfected.
Our French girls were more than a little obsessed with this pie – inviting friends over to our home when I would bake it and learning the recipe to make for their families back home in France.
